برنامج قائم علي دراسة الدرس لتنمية مهارات التفکير التأملى وفاعلية الذات لدى الطلاب المعلمين شعبة رياضيات بکلية التربية.

هدف البحث إلى بناء برنامج قائم علي دراسة الدرس، وقياس فاعليته في تنمية مهارات التفکير التأملي وفاعلية الذات لدى الطلاب المعلمين شعبة رياضيات بکلية التربية.
وتحددت مشکلة هذا البحث في ضعف مهارات التفکير التأملي لدى الطلاب المعلمين شعبة رياضيات بکلية التربية وأهمية تنمية فاعلية الذات، والافتقار إلى نماذج واستراتيجيات تدريسية حديثة لتنمية هذه المهارات.
وللوصول إلى حل هذه المشکلة  سار هذا البحث في مجموعة من الخطوات لعل من أهمها: تحديد أسس بناء البرنامج القائم علي دراسة الدرس، وتحديد خطوات بنائه، وقياس فاعليته في تنمية مهارات التفکير التأملي  وفاعلية الذات للطلاب المعلمين شعبة رياضيات من خلال بناء مقياس مهارات التفکير التأملي، ومقياس فاعلية الذات، وضبطهم، وقد تم اختيار مجموعة البحث من الطلاب المعلمين شعبة رياضيات أساسي، وتطبيق أدوات القياس قبليًا، ثم تطبيق البرنامج على المجموعة التجريبية، ثم تطبيق أدوات القياس بعديًا.
وتوصل البحث إلي مجموعة من النتائج لعل من أهمها: فاعلية البرنامج القائم على دراسة الدرس في تنمية مهارات التفکير التأملي وفاعلية الذات لدى الطلاب المعلمين شعبة رياضيات
The research aimed at building a program based on lesson study, and measuring its effectiveness in developing reflective thinking skills and self- efficacy for student teachers in mathematics department in the Faculty of Education. The problem of this research can be stated as follows "student teachers in mathematics department in the Faculty of Education lack reflective thinking skills and self- efficacy. They do not utilize recent teaching strategies and models to develop these skills. 
To reach a solution for this problem, the research followed some steps such as: determining the basics of building the lesson study based program, determining its procedures, and measuring its effectiveness in developing reflective thinking skills and self- efficacy for student teachers in mathematics department through presenting reflective thinking skills scale and self- efficacy scale. The research group was selected from student teachers in mathematics department (basic education). Then, pre administering the measurement tools, carrying out the program for the experimental group, and post administering the measurement tools.
The research reached some results such as: the effectiveness of lesson study based program in developing reflective thinking skills and self-efficacy for student teachers in mathematics department.
