فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات تدريس Math's لدى معلمي الرياضيات للتأهيل للعمل بالمدارس الرسمية للغات

الهدف: استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات تدريس Math's لدى معلمي الرياضيات للتأهيل للعمل بالمدارس الرسمية للغات، وتکونت العينة من (26) معلمًا ومعلمة من معلمي مديرية التربية والتعليم بشمال سيناء للعام الدراسي2018/2019م.
الإجراءات: وفي سبيل ذلک قام الباحث ببناء الأدوات التالية: قائمة بمهارات التدريس اللازم توافرها للمعلمين، وبطاقة ملاحظة للأداء، وبرنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات تدريس Math'sوقام الباحث بتطبيق بطاقة الملاحظة تطبيقًا قبليًا ثم تلا ذلک تطبيق البرنامج، ثم التطبيق البعدي لبطاقة الملاحظة على معلمي الرياضيات عينة البحث.
النتائج: وقد أسفرت النتائج عن نمو مهارات تدريسMath's عند عينة البحث نتيجة مرورهم بخبرات البرنامج مما يعني أن البرنامج على درجة مناسبة من الفاعلية في تنمية مهارات تدريس Math's لدى عينة البحث.
التطبيقات العملية: تتمثل أهمية البحث الحالي في تنمية مهارات تدريس Math's لدى معلمي الرياضيات– عينة البحث- وإبراز أهمية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية مهارات تدريس Math's لدى معلمي الرياضيات للتأهيل للعمل بالمدارس الرسمية للغات، وفتح الطريق أمام دراسات أخرى لتنمية تلک المهارات.
Objective: The current research aims at recognizing the effectiveness of a training program to develop Math's teaching Skills for math Teacher In official language schools, The subjects were (26) teachers from Directorate of Education- North Sinai in the academic year 2018/2019.
Procedures: To achieve this goal, the researcher has used and made the following tools: 1-A list of the teaching skills that are necessary for teachers,
2-An Observation card for the performance and 3-a training program to develop to Math's teaching skills. The researcher has applied the Observation card first Then, he has applied the proposed program, after that, he has applied a post procedure for the observation card. Then, he has applied the proposed program. After that he has applied a post procedure for the Observation card on the Math's teachers, the subjects of the research.
Results: The outcomes of the current research have resulted in the development of the teaching skills for the research subjects as a result of experiencing the program. This means the program has a high level of effectiveness in developing the Math's teaching skills for research subjects.
Practical Applications: The importance of the current research is represented in the development of the teaching skills of Math's teachers, the subjects of the study. The research also shows the importance of the training program to develop Math's teaching skills of Math's teachers. It also paves the road for other studies to develop these skills.
