برنامج قائم علي مدخل المعلم کعالم وفاعليته في تنمية المعرفة البيداجوجية بمحتوى الرياضيات والأداء التدريسي لدي طلاب الدبلوم العام بکلية التربية

هدف البحث إلى بناء برنامج قائم علي مدخل المعلم کعالم وقياس فاعليته في تنمية المعرفة البيداجوجية للمحتوى والأداء التدريسي لدى طلاب الدبلوم العام بکلية التربية.
ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم اتباع الإجراءات التالية:
-       إعداد قائمة بالأداءات التدريسية.
-       إعداد البرنامج القائم علي مدخل المعلم کعالم.
-       إعداد أدوات التقويم المتمثلة في اختبار المعرفة البيداجوجية بالمحتوى وبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسي.
وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى:  
-       وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى دلاله (0.05) بين متوسطى درجات الطلاب فى التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار المعرفة البيداجوجية لصالح التطبيق البعدي.  
-       وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوي دلالة (0,05) بين متوسطى درجات الطلاب فى التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسي لصالح التطبيق البعدي.
The current research aimed to identify the effectiveness of a program based on the Teacher as a scientist Approach to develop the pedagogical knowledge in mathematics content and teaching performance for the general diploma students at the Faculty of Education.
To achieve this goal, the researcher followed the following procedures:
-      Prepare a list of teaching performances.
-      Prepare a program based on the Teacher as a scientist approach to develop the pedagogical knowledge in mathematics content and teaching performance.
-      Prepare the evaluation tools such as: the pedagogical knowledge in mathematics content test, and the check list of  teaching performances
The results obtained show that:
-There are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the means of student’s degrees in the Pre &post applications of pedagogical content test for the post application.
-There are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the means of student’s degrees in the Pre &post applications of check list of teaching performance for the post application.
