صعوبات تحقيق الأهداف الوجدانية في مناهج رياضيات المرحلة الابتدائية وسُبل علاجها

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على صعوبات تحقيق الأهداف الوجدانية المتعلقة بـ (معلم الرياضيات، کتب الرياضيات، التطوير المهني، طبيعة النظام التعليمي، طبيعة الجانب الوجداني) وسُبل علاجها. ولتحقيق ذلک اتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وأعدا استبانة مکونة من محورين (صعوبات تحقيق الأهداف الوجدانية، وسُبل علاج صعوبات تحقيق الأهداف الوجدانية), وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (549) من الأکاديميين والمعلمين والمشرفين من الذکور والإناث، وعولجت البيانات باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والوزنية والانحرافات المعيارية. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن درجة موافقة أفراد العينة على الصعوبات المتعلقة بمعلم الرياضيات وطبيعة الجانب الوجداني متوسطة، وجاءت عالية للصعوبات المتعلقة بکتب الرياضيات، والتطوير المهني، وطبيعة النظام التعليمي. وجاءت درجة موافقة أفراد العينة متوسطة على سُبل علاج الصعوبات المتعلقة بمعلم الرياضيات، وکتب الرياضيات، والتطوير المهني، وطبيعة النظام التعليمي، وطبيعة الجانب الوجداني. وفي ضوء ما توصل إليه البحث من نتائج تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات منها: تدريب المعلمين أثناء الخدمة على صياغة وتوظيف وقياس الأهداف الوجدانية في المرحلة الابتدائية، وتطوير کتب الرياضيات بالمرحلة الابتدائية لترکز فيما تقدمه من أنشطة وتدريبات على الجانب الوجداني.
                                                               Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the difficulties of achieving emotional Objectives related to (mathematics teacher, mathematics books, professional development, nature of the educational system, the nature of emotional side) and Ways of treating them.
The researchers followed the descriptive survey approach, and prepared a questionnaire consisted of two dimensions (difficulties to achieve emotional Objectives, and ways of treatment the difficulties of achieving emotional Objectives). The study sample consisted of (549) academics, teachers and supervisors of male and female. The data treated using the means, weighted means standard deviations.
The findings of the study reached that degree of approval of the sample members on the difficulties related to the mathematics teacher and the nature of the emotional side were medium, the difficulties related to math books, professional development, and the nature of the educational system were high .The degree of approval of the sample was medium to the ways of treatment the difficulties related to the teacher of mathematics, mathematics books, professional development, the nature of the educational system, and the nature of the emotional side.
In the light of the findings the study recommended: training teachers in-service on the formulation, employment and measurement of emotional Objectives at the primary level, and the development of mathematics textbooks in the primary stage to focus on the activities and exercises on the emotional side.
