برنامج تعليمي قائم على الرياضيات المجتمعية لتنمية الكفاءة الاستراتيجية لدى طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية بالمملكة العربية السعودية An Educational Program Based on Community Mathematics to Develop Strategic Competence among Primary School Students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

     هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء برنامج تعليمي قائم على الرياضيات المجتمعية، وقياس فاعليته في تنمية مهارات الكفاءة الاستراتيجية لدى طلاب الصف السادس الابتدائي، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي بتصميمه شبه التجريبي، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في اختبار مهارات الكفاءة الاستراتيجية، وأعدت دليل للمعلم وكتاب للتلميذ وفق البرنامج التعليمي القائم على الرياضيات المجتمعية، تم تطبيقه بتدريس وحدة النسبة المئوية والاحتمالات، على عينة عشوائية عنقودية متعددة المراحل، تكونت من (47) تلميذا من طلاب الصف السادس، يمثل (23) تلميذا المجموعة التجريبية، و (24) تلميذا المجموعة الضابطة، وأظهرت النتائج فاعلية البرنامج التعليمي القائم على الرياضيات المجتمعية في تنمية مهارات الكفاءة الاستراتيجية لدى طلاب الصف السادس بحجم تأثير كبير، إذ وُجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات طلاب المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار مهارات الكفاءة الاستراتيجية لصالح متوسطات درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية، عدا مهارة "البحث عن نمط" لم تشر النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الطلاب تُعزى للبرنامج التعليمي، وبناءً على هذه النتائج؛ أوصت الدراسة باستخدام الرياضيات المجتمعية في تعليم الرياضيات، وبناء محتوى رياضي قائم على الرياضيات المجتمعية، وكذلك تضمين الرياضيات المجتمعية في برامج إعداد معلم الرياضيات، كما قدمت عددًا من المقترحات البحثية ذات العلاقة بموضوع الدراسة.                                                                                    
     The study aimed to develop an educational program based on community mathematics and to measure its effectiveness in enhancing strategic competence skills among sixth-grade primary school students. The study adopted an experimental approach with a quasi-experimental design. The research tool consisted of a strategic competence skills test, and a teacher's guide and a student's book were prepared based on the community mathematics educational program. The program was implemented by teaching the unit on percentages and probabilities to a multi-stage cluster random sample of 47 sixth-grade students, with 23 students in the experimental group and 24 in the control group. The results confirmed the successful development of the community mathematics-based educational program. The findings demonstrated the program's effectiveness in improving strategic competence skills among sixth-grade students, with a large effect size. A statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level was found between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups in the post-test of strategic competence skills, favoring the experimental group. However, the skill of "pattern searching" showed no statistically significant differences in mean scores attributable to the educational program. Based on these findings, the study recommended the use of community mathematics in teaching mathematics, developing mathematics content based on community mathematics, and incorporating community mathematics into mathematics teacher training programs. Additionally, the study proposed several research suggestions related to the topic.
