برنامج قائم على بحث الدرس ورحلات الويب لتنمية الكفايات التدريسية ومهارات التفكير الاستقصائي لدى معلمي الرياضيات بمدارس STEM A program Based on Lesson Study and Web Quest to Develop Teaching Competencies and Inquiry Thinking Skills of Mathematics Teachers in STEM Schools

هدف البحث إلى تنمية الكفايات التدريسية ومهارات التفكير الاستقصائي لدى معلمي الرياضيات بمدارس STEM باستخدام برنامج قائم على بحث الدرس ورحلات الويب، وتكونت مجموعة البحث من (5) خمسة من معلمي الرياضيات بمدرسة STEM بالدقهلية كمجموعة تجريبية بالفصل الدراسي الأول 2021/ 2022. تم استخدام المنهج المختلط ذي التصميم المتضمن لجمع بيانات كمية باستخدام بطاقة ملاحظة الكفايات التدريسية، واختبار التفكير الاستقصائي، فضلاً عن بيانات نوعية باستخدام الملاحظة المباشرة لأداء المعلمين، واستبانة رؤى المعلمين وانطباعاتهم عن البرنامج. وأشارت النتائج إلى فاعلية البرنامج القائم على بحث الدرس ورحلات الويب في تنمية الكفايات التدريسية ومهارات التفكير الاستقصائي لدى معلمي الرياضيات بمدرسة  STEMبالدقهلية. وأوصى البحث بضرورة أن يتوافر برنامج إعداد معلم STEM بجميع كليات التربية بمصر، وتدريب المعلمين قبل وفي أثناء الخدمة على استخدام بحث الدرس كمدخل معاصر في التنمية المهنية للمعلمين، وتدريب المعلمين بصفة عامة ومعلمي الرياضيات بصفة خاصة على تصميم رحلات الويب، وعلى الكفايات التدريسية وفق مدخل STEM، وإجراء مزيد من البحوث في مجال التنمية المهنية لمعلمي STEM.
The research aimed to develop teaching competencies and inquiry thinking skills of mathematics teachers in STEM schools by using a program based on lesson study and web quest .The research group consisted of five mathematics teachers at STEM School in Dakahlia as an experimental group in the first semester 2021/2022. The mixed method (Embedded Design) was used to collect quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data was collected using the teaching competencies observation checklist and the inquiry-thinking test. As for qualitative data, it was collected using direct observation of teachers' performance, and a survey of teachers' opinions and impressions about the program. The findings indicated the effectiveness of the program based on lesson study and web quest in developing teaching competencies and inquiry thinking skills of mathematics teachers at STEM School in Dakahlia.The research concluded with recommendations and suggestions for future research. These recommendations included the need for a STEM teacher preparation program in all faculties of education in Egypt. It was also recommended to train pre-service and in-service teachers to use lesson study as a contemporary approach to professional development. Moreover, training was recommended for teachers in general and mathematics teachers in particular with regard to designing web quests and developing teaching competencies according to the STEM approach. Finally, further research was suggested in the field of professional development for STEM teachers.
