تقويم الکفايات المهنية لأعضاء هيئة تدريس الرياضيات في السنة التحضيرية بجامعة الملک سعود من وجهة نظر طلابهم.

هدفت هذه الدراسه الى التعرف على الکفايات المهنية لدى أعضاء هيئة تدريس الرياضيات في السنة التحضرية بجامعة الملک سعود من وجهة نظر الطلاب. تکونت عينة الدراسة من (500) طالب تم اختيارهم بشکل عشوائي من طلاب المسار الأکاديمي (العلمي والانساني) خلال العام الدراسي 2014-2015م. کما تم استخدام استبانة اشتملت على ثلاثة أبعاد لقياس الکفايات المهنية (الإنسانية -التدريسية-التقويمية). کشفت نتائج الدراسة أن اعضاء هيئة تدريس الرياضيات في السنة التحضيرية بجامعة الملک سعود يمتلکون کفايات مهنية (إنسانية-تدريسية-تقويمية) تزيد عن المستوى الإتقاني المتوقع (80%) من وجهة نظر طلابهم. کما اشارت النتائج الى وجود اختلاف في متوسطات امتلاک الکفايات المهنية لدى اعضاء هيئة التدريس تبعاً للمسار الأکاديمي (علمي – إنساني) ولصالح المسارالأکاديمي الإنساني.
The Professional Competence of the Staff Members ofMathematics in the preparatory year at the King Saud University from the Students’ Viewpoint.
This study aimed to identify the Professional Competence of the staff members of the Preparatory year at the King Saud University from the Students’ Viewpoint. To assess the Professional competences, a questionnaire was used, which included three dimensions represented with Humanitarian Competence, teaching competence, and Evaluative competence. The sample of Study Consisted on (500) Student, taken randomly from the academic branches, as were (200) student in Humanitarian branch, and (300) Student on Science and Engineering branch.
The results indicated that, the staff members of mathematics at the preparatory year of King Saud University have Professional Competences over the Exception (80%) of mastery Level From the students’ Viewpoint. also there is statistical significant differences between staff members of mathematics at preparatory year according to the academic branches in professional Competence, the differences were favor for the Humanitarian branch.
