هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى :
1 ـ تحديد فاعلية برنامج تدريبى حول تحديد المتطلبات التخصصية اللازمة لمعلمي الرياضيات في ضوء المستجدات الحديثة لتطوير مناهج الرياضيات فى المرحلة الابتدائية.
2 ـ إعداد قائمة بمتطلبات تدريس الرياضيات لدى معلمى رياضيات التعليم الابتدائي .
3 ـ تنمية متطلبات تدريس الرياضيات لدى معلمى رياضيات التعليم الابتدائي.
وقد تکونت عينة الدراسة الحالية من عينة من معلمى الرياضيات بالمرحلة الإبتدائية بمدارس محافظة السويس وقد تم اختيارهم بشکل عشوائى.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه  يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية بين متوسطي درجات معلمي  مجموعة الدراسة في التطبيقين القبلي ,والبعدي لاختبار تمکن متطلبات تدريس الرياضيات لصالح التطبيق البعدي
وتوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية بين متوسطي درجات معلمي  مجموعة الدراسة في التطبيقين القبلي , والبعدي لبطاقة الملاحظة لصالح التطبيق البعدي .
The present study aimed to:
1- to determine the effectiveness of a training program on the identification of the requirements necessary for the specialist mathematics teachers in the light of developments for the development of modern mathematics curriculum in the primary stage .
2- prepare a list of requirements for the teaching of mathematics at the primary education teachers of mathematics .
3- development requirements of the teaching of mathematics at the primary school teachers of mathematics .
The current study sample consisted of a sample of primary school teachers of mathematics schools Suez governorate have been randomly selected .
The study found that there is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of teachers in the study group in the two applications tribal , and dimensional requirements for testing enables the teaching of mathematics in favor of the post application
And no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of teachers in the study group in the two applications tribal , and post a note card for the post application .
