أثر استخدام نموذج الفورمات (4MAT) لمکارثي فى تدريس الرياضيات على تنميـة بعض مهارات التفکير الرياضى وعـادات العـقل لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى : تعرف أثر استخدام نموذج الفورمات (4MAT) لمکارثي في تدريس الرياضيات على تنمية بعض مهارات التفکير الرياضـى وعادات العقل لدى تلاميذ المـرحلة الإعدادية. وقد أعد الباحث دليلًا للمعلم لتدريس وحدة " الهندسـة والقيـاس " المقررة على تلاميذ الصف الأول الإعدادي بالفصل الدراسي الثاني وفق نموذج الفورمات (4MAT) لمکارثي . کما أعد الباحث اختبارًا للتفکير الرياضي ومقياسًا لعادات العقل  . وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (75) تلميذًا من تلاميذ الصف الأول الإعدادي بمحافظة الفيوم وهم عبارة عن فصلين ، فصل کمجموعة تجريبية وعدد تلاميذها (38) تلميذًا، والآخر کمجموعة ضابطة وعدد تلاميذها (37) تلميذًا، تم تطبيق أدوات الدراسة الحالية قبليًا ثم التدريس وفق  نموذج الفورمات (4MAT) لمکارثي لتلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية في حين درس تلاميذ المجموعة الضابطة بالأساليب المعتادة، ثم تم تطبيق أدوات الدراسة بعديًا .
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى : تفوق تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية على تلاميذ المجموعة الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار التفکير الرياضـى ککل ومهاراته الفرعية وکذلک لمقياس عادات العقل ککل وعاداته الفرعية ، وقد أرجع الباحث ذلک إلى أن الاجراءات التدريسية المستخدمة وفق نموذج الفورمات (4MAT) لمکارثي ساعد على تنمية مهارات التفکير الرياضـى وعادات العقل . کما توصلت إلى وجود ارتباط طردي دال عند مستوى (0.01) بين درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار التفکير الرياضـى ودرجاتهم في مقياس عادات العقل. وأوصت الدراسة بضروة تدريب المعلمين على استخدام نموذج الفورمات (4MAT) لمکارثي وکذلک استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب التدريسية التى تساعد المتعلم على استخدام مهارات التفکير الرياضـى وعادات العقل.
The current study aimed at exploring the effect of using 4MAT System for McCarthy in teaching mathematics on the development of some Mathematical thinking skills and habits of mind for prepatory school students. The researcher prepared teacher booklet for teaching the unit of "Geometry and Measurement" for first grade prepatory students ، according to 4MAT System for McCarthy. The researcher also prepared Mathematical thinking skills test and habits of mind questionnaire . The study sample included 75 prepatory students from Fayoum governorate . It consists of two classes ، includes 38 pupils as an experimental group ، the other included 37 pupils represent the control group. the researcher administered the study tools to gain pre-data، then taught the units for the experimental group according to 4MAT System for McCarthy while teaching the control group according to traditional methods . Finally، the researcher administered the tools to gain post data.
The study results reveald that the experimental group performed better than the control one in the post administration of Mathematical thinking skills test and habits of mind questionnaire in every skill، and in the test as a whole . This was because the activities and the teaching strategies of the program that helped to develop Mathematical thinking skills and habits of mind . The results revealed also that there is a positive correlation، significant at (0.01) ، between the experimental group scores in the post administration of both Mathematical thinking skills test and habits of mind questionnaire . The study recommended training teachers to use 4MAT System for McCarthy and using some of teaching styles that help the learner to use Mathematical thinking skills and habits of mind .
