فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لمعلمي الرياضيات قائم على نظرية التعلم المستند للدماغ والمدخل الإنساني لتنمية مهارات التحقيقات الرياضياتية لدى تلاميذهم بالمرحلة الابتدائية

هدف البحث إلى قياس فاعلية برنامجتدريبي لمعلمي الرياضيات قائم على نظرية التعلم المستند للدماغ والمدخل الإنساني لتنمية مهارات التحقيقات الرياضياتية لدى تلاميذهم بالمرحلة الابتدائية،واستخدم البحث الحالي التصميم التجريبي القائم على نظام المجموعتين من تلاميذ الصف الأول الابتدائي بإحدى مدارس محافظة القليوبية بواقع فصل لکل مجموعة،إحداهما تجريبية درست محتوى وحدة الهندسة والقياس بمعلمين تدربوا ببرنامج تدريبي لمعلمي الرياضيات قائم على نظرية التعلم المستند للدماغ والمدخل الإنساني لتنمية مهارات التحقيقات الرياضياتية لدى تلاميذهم بالمرحلة الابتدائية،وعددها(41)تلميذاً وتلميذة،والأخرى ضابطة درست نفس محتوى الوحدة بمعلمين تدربوا بالبرنامج التدريبي المعتادة المتبع في المدارس وعددها(42)تلميذاً وتلميذة،ليبلغ إجمالي العينة(83)تلميذاً وتلميذة،وأيضا(10)من معلمي الرياضيات بالمرحلة الابتدائية ممن يقومون بالتدريس لهؤلاء التلاميذ،بواقع(5)معلمين للمجموعة التجريبية،(5)معلمين للمجموعة الضابطة.
و قد توصل البحث للنتائج التالية:
-يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار مهارات التحقيقات الرياضياتية ککل،وکل مهارة من مهاراته الفرعية على حدة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية.
-يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار مهارات التحقيقات الرياضياتية ککل،وکل مهارة من مهاراته الفرعية على حدة لصالح التطبيق البعدي .
-توجد فاعلية لبرنامج تدريبي لمعلمي الرياضيات قائم على نظرية التعلم المستند للدماغ والمدخل الإنساني في تنمية مهارات التحقيقات الرياضياتية ککل،وکل مهارة من مهاراته الفرعية على حدة لدى تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية.
-يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات معلمي المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة معلمي الرياضيات ککل،وکل بُعد من أبعادها الفرعية على حدة لصالح معلمي المجموعة التجريبية.
-يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات معلمي المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي و البعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة معلمي الرياضيات ککل،وکل بُعد من أبعادها الفرعية على حدة لصالح معلمي التطبيق البعدي.
-توجد فاعلية لبرنامج تدريبي لمعلمي الرياضيات قائم على نظرية التعلم المستند للدماغ والمدخل الإنساني لتنمية مهارات التحقيقات الرياضياتية لديهم.

A Research Aimed to Measure of The Effectiveness of  a training Program for Mathematics Teachers' is Based on the Theory of Brain-Based learning and
the Humanistic  Approach to Develop the Skills of Mathematical Investigations
in their Primary School Students
   The Present Research Used Experimental Design Based on The  System Two Groups of Students of The first Primary Stage at A school  Governorate Qalyoubiya by Classroom for Each Group,One Experimental Group Studied The Content of of the Unit of Engineering and Measurement by Teachers Trained in a training Program for Mathematics Teachers'
is Based on the Theory of Brain-Based learning and the Humanistic  Approach to Develop the Skills of Mathematical Investigations in their Primary School Students and  Number of(41)Schoolboy and Schoolgirl,and Other Control
Studied The Same Content of Unit by  Being Group teachers trained in the usual training program used in schools,and  Number of(42)Schoolboy and Schoolgirl, for a Total Sample(83)Schoolboy and Schoolgirl, and Number of(10)of the Teachers of Mathematics in the Stage of Teaching who Teach these Students ,(5)Teachers For the Experimental Group,(5) for the Control Group
FIndings of The Resarch:
The Present Searcsh bore out The Following Results:
-There is a Statistically Significant  Difference Between Scores Mean of The Students  in The Experimental Group and The Control Group Concerning  The  Posttest of Mathematical Investigations skills(Total Score and Individual skill) in Favor of The Experimental Group
-There is a Statistically Significant Difference Between The Mean Scores of The Experimental Group on Pretesting and Posttesting on Mathematical Investigations skills(Total Score and Individual skill)in favor of Posttesting Mean Scores.
-There is The Effectiveness of  a training Program for Mathematics Teachers' is Based on the Theory of Brain-Based learning and the Humanistic  Approach to Develop the Skills of Mathematical Investigations(Total Score and Individual Skill)for The Students of The Experimental Group.
-There is a Statistically Significant  Difference Between Scores Mean of The Mathematics Teachers  in The Experimental Group and The Control Group Concerning  The  Post Measure of Observation Card of Mathematics Teachers (Total Score and Individual Dimension)in Favor of The Teachers of Experimental Group .
-There is a Statistically Significant  Difference Between Scores Mean of The Mathematics Teachers  in The Experimental Group on Pre Measure and Post Measure of Observation Card of Mathematics Teachers (Total Score and Individual Dimension)in favor of Post Measure Mean Scores.
-There is The Effectiveness of  a training Program for Mathematics Teachers' is Based on the Theory of Brain-Based learning and the Humanistic  Approach to Develop the Skills of their Mathematical Investigations.
