"فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم على التعلم السريع في تنمية مهارتي الأهداف التعليمية والقراءة السريعة لدى تلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي في الرياضيات بمدينة الرياض"

هدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم على التعلم السريع في تنمية مهارتي الأهداف التعليمية والقراءة السريعة لدى تلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي في مدينة الرياض؛ ومن أجل تحقيق ذلک استخدم المنهج شبه التجريبي ذا المجموعة الواحدة، وذلک عن طريق إعداد بطاقة ملاحظة کأداة بحثية. ولقياس فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي طُبقت أداة الملاحظة على عينة من التلاميذ بلغت (158) تلميذًا تم اختيارهم عشوائيًا من ست مدارس، وقد تم تدريب معلمي الرياضيات في تلک المدارس على إجراءات التعلم السريع وفق نموذج (HTTA) في تنمية مهارتي الأهداف التعليمية، والقراءة السريعة، ومن ثم تدريب المعلمين تلاميذهم على ذلک، واستغرقت التجربة خمسة أسابيع، وأظهرت نتائج هذا البحث وجود فاعلية واضحة للبرنامج التدريبي في تنمية مهارتي الأهداف التعليمية، والقراءة السريعة لدى التلاميذ، الأمر الذي يعبر عن تحسن دال إحصائيًا في أداء التلاميذ بصورة واضحة في التطبيق البعدي، نتيجة مباشرة للتعرض للمتغير المستقل "برنامج التعلم السريع" مقارنة بالتطبيق القبلي. واستنادًا إلى النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث تم تقديم بعض التوصيات والمقترحات.
The effectiveness of a Suggested Training Program based on Accelerated learning in the skill development of the educational Goals skill and Accelerated Reading of their sixth grade students primary in Mathematics in Riyadh City.
This research aimed to identify the effectiveness of a suggested training programbased on accelerated learning in the skill development of the Setting Goals and Accelerated Reading of their sixth grade students in Riyadh. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the quasi-experimental Design and the one-group design, Also, the researcher prepared observation card as research tool, Furthermore, an observation checklist was also used to measure the effectiveness of the training program for the sample of the research consisted of (158) studentsof six schools . The researcher trained mathematics teachers in those schools on the accelerated learning procedures in accordance with the model (HTTA) in the development the skill of the Setting Goals and Accelerated Reading, and then the teachers training their students, the experiment took five weeks. The findings of the research showed that there is a clear effectiveness for the training program on developing the skill of the Setting Goals and Accelerated Reading of the research sample of students. This indicates a statistically significant improvement in the performance of students in a clear manner in the post-application due to being exposed to the independent variable, the accelerated learning program, compared with the pre-application. Based on the findings of the search some recommendations and suggestions were presented.
