أثر استراتيجية قائمة علي الاستقصاء الشبکي في تنمية مهارات التدريس وخفض القلق التدريسي لدى الطلاب المعلمين شعبة رياضيات

استهدف البحث الحالي تقصي أثر استخدام استراتيجية قائمة علي الاستقصاء الشبکي في تنمية مهارات التدريس وخفض القلق التدريسي لدي الطلاب المعلمين شعبة "الرياضيات" بکلية التربية بکفر الشيخ .
استخدم المنهج الوصفي في إعداد الإطار النظري للدراسات السابقة وإعداد أدوات البحث ، کما اعتمد البحث علي المنهج شبه التجريبي ذي المجموعة الواحدة في إعداد الاستراتيجية المقترحة والتطبيق القبلي والبعدي لأدوات البحث التي أعدها الباحث ، وقد تکونت عينة البحث من (16) طالباً وطالبة تم تدريبهم وفق الاستراتيجية المقترحة وتم التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لکل من بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسي ومقياس قلق التدريس علي عينة البحث .
وقد استخدم اختبار (ولکوکسن) للأعداد الصغيرة ، وتم حساب رتب درجات الطلاب المعلمين (مجموعة البحث) في التطبيقين القبلي، والبعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسي ،ومقياس قلق التدريس.
ومن ثم توصل البحث إلي النتائج الآتية :
- وجود فرق دال إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين متوسطى رتب درجات الطلاب المعلمين في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسي لصالح التطبيق البعدي .
- وجود فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطى رتب درجات الطلاب المعلمين في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لمقياس قلق التدريس لصالح التطبيق القبلي.
وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصي البحث بإجراء بحوث ودراسات مشابهة للبحث الحالي في مراحل مختلفة من التعليم وقياس أثر استخدام الاستقصاء الشبکي علي متغيرات أخري مثل : التحصيل الأکاديمي ، والإتجاه نحو المادة ، ومهارات التفکير بأنواعه .
The present research aimed to investigate the effect of using a Web Quest strategy to develop teaching skills and reduce teaching anxiety among student-teachers at Mathematics department of the Faculty of Education, Kafr El-Sheikh.
The research was based on the quasi-experimental method of one group in the preparation of the proposed strategy and the pre and post-administration of the research tools prepared by the researcher. The research sample consisted of (16) students who were trained according to the strategy The pre - and post - administration of both the teaching observation list and the teaching anxiety measure were administered to the sample.
The Wilkinson test was used for small numbers, and the ranks of the students' grades (the research group) were calculated in e pre and post-administration, the observation list of the teaching performance, and the measure of teaching anxiety.
The research then concluded the following results:
- There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) between the mean scored of students' grades in the pre and post administration of the teaching performance observation list in favor of the post administration.
- There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scored of students' grades in the pre and post-administration for the measure of teaching anxiety in favor of pre administration.
In light of these results, the researcher recommended conducting further research and studies similar to the current research at different stages of education and measuring the effect of using the Web Quest strategy on other variables such as academic achievement, attitudes towards the subject, and thinking skills of all kinds.
