تقويم الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي الرياضيات بالصف الخامس الابتدائي في ضوء استراتيجية حل المشکلات بمدينة الطائف

هدف البحث لتقويم الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي الرياضيات بالصف الخامس الابتدائي في ضوء استراتيجة حل المشکلات بمدينة الطائف ، وتقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير مستوى أدائهم. وذلک بالإجابة على التساؤل الرئيس "ما مستوى الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي الرياضيات بالصف الخامس الابتدائي في ضوء استراتيجية حل المشکلات ."
وللإجابة اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي ، ولتحقيق ذلک قام الباحث ببناء بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي الرياضيات في ضوء استراتيجية حل المشکلات أداة للبحث، وطبقها على عينة مکونة من (37) معلماً ، ممثلة للمجتمع الأصلي المکون من (123) معلماً للرياضيات بالصف الخامس  الابتدائي في مدينة الطائف.
وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن متوسطات أداء عينة البحث بالنسبة لمجموع مهارات الخطوات الأربع لحل المشکلة الرياضية قد تراوح بين (1.54 - 2.58) ، وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام لمستوى الأداء الکلي في ضوء استراتيجية حل المشکلات (2.11) ، بتقديري أدائي (متوسط) ، وهي نتيجة تدل على وجود قصور في الأداء التدريسي لعينة البحث ، وکانت أعلى خطوة هي خطوة (فهم المشکلة الرياضية) ، بمتوسط (2.58) وبتقدير أدائي (عالي) ، ويأتي في المرتبة الثانية خطوة (تنفيذ حل المشکلة الرياضية) بمتوسط (2.34) وبتقدير أدائي (متوسط) ، يليها خطوة (التخطيط لحل المشکلة الرياضية) بمتوسط (1.98) وبتقدير أدائي (متوسط) ، وفي المرتبة الرابعة والأخيرة خطوة  (التحقق من صحة حل المشکلة الرياضية) ، بمتوسط (1.54) وبتقدير أدائي (منخفض) . وکان من أهم التوصيات :
1-     طباعة الموديول (الحقيبة التعليمية) المقترح الخاص بالتعلم الذاتي في کتيبات وتوزيعها على معلمي الرياضيات .
2-     الاستفادة من بطاقة الملاحظة المقترحة من قبل مشرفي مادة الرياضيات ومديري المدارس لتقويم أداء معلمي الرياضيات في ضوء استراتيجية حل المشکلات الرياضية، والعمل على تطويرها وتحسينها .
3-     الاستفادة من بطاقة الملاحظة المقترحة في إعداد البرامج التدريبية .

The present study aimed to try to evaluate teaching performance for fifth grade math teachers in the light of the primary strategy to solve problems, and make a proposal to develop the perception of the level of their performance. And by trying to answer the main question What is the level of teaching performance for fifth grade math teachers in the light of the primary strategy to solve problems .
To answer the researcher adopted a descriptive approach screening as a method to study, and to achieve this, the researcher has built a note card teaching performance of teachers of mathematics in the light of the strategy to solve problems as a tool for the study, and the study sample was composed of (37), a teacher, and actress for the study population consisting of (123) teachers of mathematics grade fifth primary in the city of Taif .
And reached results that the level of teaching performance of a sample study in the light of the strategy to solve the problems did not reach the required level, and was a step - axis - (understanding the problem sports), average (2.58) and appreciated my performance (high), and is ranked second step - axis - (Implementation solve the problem sports) average (2.34) and appreciated my performance (average), followed by step - axis - (planning to solve the problem sports) average (1.98) and appreciated my performance (average), and ranked fourth and final step - axis - (validation issue is resolved Sports ), average (1.54) and appreciated my performance (low) .
1-Print module (courier educational) proposed private self-learning in booklets and distributed to teachers of mathematics .
2- Take advantage of the observation card proposed by the administrators mathematics and school administrators to evaluate the performance of teachers of mathematics in the light of the strategy to solve math problems, and work to develop and improve .
3-Benefit from the proposed note card in the preparation of training programs .
