  يهدف البحث التعرف الى فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين في تنمية التفكير الريادي لدى مدرسي الرياضيات في المرحلة الإعدادية وكفاياتهم التكنولوجية تم اختيار المنهج التجريبي، وتكون المجتمع من مدرسي الرياضيات للمرحلة الإعدادية / المديرية العامة لتربية صلاح الدين العراقية / قسم تربية مدينة تكريت، تكونت العينة من (17) مدرسين و(21) مدرسات للعام الدراسي  2024-2025م،تم بناء اختبار التفكير الريادي ومقياس الكفايات التكنولوجية وبعد التطبيق وتحليل للنتائج توصل البحث الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطي درجات مدرسي مادة الرياضيات في المرحلة الاعدادية الذين يتدربون بالبرنامج التدريبي في اختبار التفكير الريادي وقياس الكفايات التكنلوجية البعدي ومن خلال نتائج اوصت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات ومنها تصميم وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية دورية لمدرسي الرياضيات، تعتمد على مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين، بما يواكب التطورات التقنية والرقمية المتسارعة في ميدان التعليم.
The research aims to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on 21st century skills in the development of entrepreneurial thinking among mathematics teachers in the preparatory stage and their technological competencies. The experimental curriculum was chosen, and the community of mathematics teachers for the preparatory stage/General Directorate of Education Salahuddin of Iraq/Department of Education of the city of Tikrit, the sample was composed of (17) Teachers and (21) teachers for the academic year 2024-2025, the Entrepreneurial Thinking Test and the Technological Competency Scale were built and after application and analysis of the results, the research found statistically significant differences between the average grades of math teachers at the preparatory level who are trained in the training program in Entrepreneurial Thinking Test and Measurement of Dimensional Technological Competence,Through the results, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations, including the design and implementation of periodic training programs for mathematics teachers, based on 21st century skills, in line with rapid technical and digital developments in the field of education
