معايير المعلم المتميز في عالم متغير The Standards of the outstanding teacher in a changing world

هدفت هذه المقالة إلى بناء قائمة معايير للمعلم المتميز في عالم متغير، حيث تم استعراض مجموعة متنوعة من قوائم المعايير المهنية للمعلمين من عدة بلدان ومؤسسات أکاديمية ومهنية متنوعة في مختلف قارات العالم، وقد بلغت نحو 21 قائمة معايير، وفي ضوء استعراض وتأمل قوائم المعايير المهنية للمعلم؛ تم استخلاص قائمة أولية عُرضت على مجموعة من المحکمين تکونت من (34) أستاذ جامعي وخبير في التدريس والتعلم، وفي ضوء رؤية المحکمين تم تطوير القائمة الأولية، ووضعت في الصورة المقترحة، والتي ضمت 51 معيار موزعة على أربعة مجالات هي الممارسة المهنية، والقيم والأخلاقيات، والمعرفة المهنية، والنمو المهني المستمر، وذلک بالنسب التالية: الممارسة المهنية 45 %، والقيم والأخلاقيات 23 %، المعرفة المهنية 18 %، والنمو المهني المستمر 14%، وتقدم الورقة الحالية هذه القائمة للمهتمين في الميدان لمناقشتها بما يؤدي للوصول إلى قائمة أکثر شمولاً وترکيزاً، بحيث يتم مستقبلا وضع مؤشرات تفصيلية للقائمة، وتصبح قائمة متکاملة من مجالات ومعايير ومؤشرات للمعلم المتميز في عالم متغير.
This article aimed to build a list of standards for the outstandingteacher in a changing world, the article reviewed amounting to about 21 lists of professional standards for teachers from several countries and various academic and professional institutions. In light of the review and reflection of these lists, an initial list was drawn and presented to a group of (34) Professor and expert in teaching and learning. In light of the reviewers’ vision, the initial list was developed, and presented in the proposed list, which included 51 standards distributed over four areas with the following percentages: professional practice 45%, values ​​and ethics 23%, professional knowledge 18%, and professional growth 14%. The article presents this list for those interested in the field to be discussed, leading to a more comprehensive and focused list, and it will become an integrated list for the outstandingteacher in a changing world.
