آراء معلمي الرياضيات بمنطقة جازان في التعليم عن بعد أثناء جائحة کورونا

هدف البحث إلى تعرف آراء معلمي الرياضيات بمنطقة جازان في التعليم عن بعد أثناء جائحة کورونا في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام 1441هـ، کما هدف إلى تحديد المعوقات التي تواجه عمليتي تعليم الرياضيات وتعلمها عن بعد، وتقديم مقترحات يمکن أن تسهم في تحسين عمليتي تعليم الرياضيات وتعلمها عن بعد. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث؛ تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وأعدت استبانة مکونة من (25) عبارة بالإضافة إلى سؤالين مفتوحين، وقد طبقت على عينة عشوائية من معلمي الرياضيات في منطقة جازان بلغ عدد أفرادها (138) معلمًا ومعلمة، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن الآتي:
أولًا: آراء معلمي الرياضيات بمنطقة جازان في التعليم عن بعد أثناء جائحة کورونا بشکل عام کانت إيجابية أي: أنهم يرون أن عمليتي تعليم الرياضيات وتعلمها عن بعد تحقق أهدافها بدرجة مناسبة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام لإجمالي عبارات الاستبانة (3,56) وهو متوسط يقع ضمن الفئة الرابعة (موافق) من فئات مقياس ليکرت الخماسي.
ثانيًا: وجود عدد من المعوقات التي تواجه عمليتي تعليم الرياضيات وتعلمها عن بعد، من أبرزها: عدم توفر شبکة الانترنت أو ضعفها وتقطعها في بعض مدن منطقة جازان وقراها وهجرها، وعدم توفر حاسب آلي أو أجهزة ذکية لدى بعض الطلاب، وضعف الوعي والقناعة بأهمية التعليم والتعلم عن بعد لدى بعض الطلاب وأسرهم، مما قلل تفاعلهم مع المنصات التعليمية، ونقص خبرة بعض الطلاب وأسرهم في التفاعل التقني مع المنصات التعليمية وأدواتها.
ثالثًا: تقديم عدد من المقترحات التي يمکن أن تسهم في تحسين عمليتي تعليم الرياضيات وتعلمها عن بعد، من أبرزها: وضع آليات لتوفير شبکة الإنترنت والأجهزة اللازمة لجميع الطلاب، والتدريب المکثف للمعلمين والطلاب وأولياء أمورهم على کيفية استخدام المنصات التعليمية، والتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة ومشغلي خدمات الاتصال؛ لتوفير خدمة الإنترنت وتقويتها في جميع مدن منطقة جازان وقراها وهجرها، ونشر الوعي بأهمية تعليم الرياضيات وتعلمها عن بعد لدى المعلمين والطلاب وأسرهم وتوضيح المهام والمسؤوليات المناطة بهم.
وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قدمت بعض التوصيات والمقترحات.

Abstract:
This research aimed to identify the views of mathematics teachers in Jazan region about distant instruction during the Covid-19 pandemic in the second semester of the academic year 1441 A.H. It also aimed to determine the obstacles facing the processes of teaching and learning mathematics via distant instruction and to present a number of proposals that could contribute to improving the processes of teaching and learning mathematics. To achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire consisting of (25) items was prepared in addition to two open questions. The questionnaire was administered to a random sample of mathematics male and female teachers in Jazan region (totaling 138). The results of the research revealed the following:
-          First, the views of mathematics teachers in Jazan region regarding distant instruction during the Covid-19 pandemic in general were positive, they see that the processes of teaching and learning mathematics using distant instruction achieve their goals in an appropriate degree, as the general arithmetic mean of the total questionnaire expressions was (3,56), which belongs to the fourth category (agree) of the five Likert scale categories.
-          Second, there are a number of obstacles that face the process of teaching and learning mathematics online, the most prominent of which were the lack of internet access or its weakness and disconnection in some cities and villages of Jazan region and its suburbs, the lack of a computer or smart devices among some students, poor awareness and conviction of the importance of instruction and learning remotely among some students and their families, which reduced their interaction with the educational platforms and the lack of experiences of some students and their families in technical interaction with educational platforms and tools.
-          Third, presenting a number of suggestions that could contribute to improving the processes of teaching and learning mathematics via distant instruction such as establishing mechanisms to provide the internet and the necessary devices for all students, providing intensive training for teachers, students and their parents on how to use educational platforms, and coordination with relevant authorities and operators’ communication services to provide and strengthen the internet in all cities and villages of Jazan region and raising awareness of the importance of teaching and learning mathematics via distant instruction among teachers, students and their families, and to clarify the tasks and responsibilities assigned to them. In light of the results attained, some recommendations and suggestions were presented.
