تصور مقترح لبرنامج قائم على متطلبات مجتمعات الممارسة الإلکترونية لتعزيز المسئولية المهنية لمعلمي رياضيات المرحلة الابتدائية A suggested proposal of a program based on the requirements of E- communities of practice to enhance the professional responsibility of elementary mathematics teachers

هدف البحث إلى تحديد متطلبات مجتمعات الممارسة المهنية الالکترونية والأداءات المهنية الواجب توافرها لدي معلمي رياضيات المرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء تلک المتطلبات من وجهة نظرهم والتعرف على درجة أهميتها ومدي تطبيقها داخل المدارس، وکذلک تحديد مستوي المسئولية المهنية للمعلمين نحو تفعيل مجتمعات الممارسة بالمدارس، کما هدف البحث إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير الأداءات المهنية لمعلمي الرياضيات والمسئولية المهنية لديهم في ضوء متطلبات مجتمعات الممارسة المهنية الإلکترونية. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحديد متطلبات مجتمعات الممارسة والأداءات المهنية الواجب توافرها لدي المعلمين في ضوئها وأبعاد المسئولية المهنية اللازم توفرها لدي المعلمين لتفعيل مجتمعات الممارسة وکذلک إعداد أدوات البحث والتي تتمثل في قائمة بمتطلبات مجتمعات الممارسة الالکترونية ومقياس لقياس مدي امتلاک معلمي الرياضيات للمسئولية المهنية. وتکونت عينة البحث من (85) معلم من معلمي الرياضيات للمرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظتي الدقهلية والقاهرة، وأظهرت نتائج البحث تدني امتلاک معلمي الرياضيات للأداءات المهنية اللازمة لتطبيق مجتمعات الممارسة وکذلک تدني مستوي المسئولية المهنية لديهم، بالإضافة الى وجود فرق دال احصائيا بين متوسطات درجات تقدير المسئولية المهنية لمعلمي الرياضيات لصالح معلمي ذوي الخبرة الأکبر ولصالح المعلمين ذوي الدرجة العلمية الاکبر، وقدم البحث تصور مقترح لتطوير الأداءات المهنية والمسئولية المهنية اللازمة لمعلمي رياضيات المرحلة الابتدائية لتفعيل مجتمعات الممارسة الإلکترونية. 
The research aimed to determine the requirements of professional communities of practice and professional performances that must be met by elementary mathematics teachers in the light of those requirements from their perspective and to identify the degree of their importance and the extent of their application within schools, as well as determining the level of professional responsibility of teachers towards activating communities of practice in schools, as the goal The research aims to present a suggested proposal for developing the professional performance of mathematics teachers and their professional responsibility in light of the requirements of the E-communities of practice. To achieve research objectives, the descriptive analytical approach was used to determine the requirements of the communities of practice and the professional performances that teachers must have in light of them, and the dimensions of professional responsibility that teachers need to have to activate the communities of practice, as well as preparing the research tools, which are a list of the requirements of the communities of practice and a scale to measure the extent to which mathematics teachers have professional responsibility. The research sample consisted of (85) elementary mathematics teachers in Dakahlia and Cairo governorates. The results showed the low possession of mathematics teachers of the professional performance necessary for the application of communities of practice, as well as their low level of professional responsibility, in addition to the presence of a statistically significant difference between the average degrees of professional responsibility assessment for teachers. Mathematics. in favor of the most in years of experience and the highest in the academic degree the research presents a suggested proposal for developing the professional performance and professional responsibility necessary for elementary mathematics teachers to activate the E- communities of practice.
