مستوى أداء معلمي الرياضيات في الصفوف العليا من المرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء الاستيعاب المفاهيمي

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى أداء معلمي الرياضيات في الصفوف العليا من المرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء الاستيعاب المفاهيمي، وتکونت العينة من (31) معلماً من معلمي الرياضيات في الصفوف العليا من المرحلة الابتدائية في مدينة حائل بالمملکة العربية السعودية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، کما أعد بطاقة ملاحظة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية:
-     مستوى أداء معلمي الرياضيات في الصفوف العليا من المرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء الاستيعاب المفاهيمي بشکل عام متوسط.
-    مستوى أداء معلمي الرياضيات في الصفوف العليا من المرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء الاستيعاب المفاهيمي في مهارة التخطيط متوسط.
-    مستوى أداء معلمي الرياضيات في الصفوف العليا من المرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء الاستيعاب المفاهيمي في مهارة التنفيذ ضعيف.
-    مستوى أداء معلمي الرياضيات في الصفوف العليا من المرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء الاستيعاب المفاهيمي في مهارة التقويم متوسط.
من خلال نتائج الدراسة يوصي الباحث بتبني برامج متعلقة بتنمية أداء معلمي الرياضيات في ضوء الاستيعاب المفاهيمي وربما تسند هذه المهمة إلى جامعات أو إدارة التدريب بوزارة التعليم تحت مسمى إعادة تأهيل وتدريب معلمي الرياضيات في ضوء الاستيعاب المفاهيمي.
Mathematics Teachers' Performance Level in Higher Grades of the Primary Stage in the Light of Conceptual Comprehension
The study aimed at identifying the level of mathematics teachers' performance in higher grades of the primary stage in the light of conceptual comprehension. The sample of the study was composed of (31) mathematics teachers teaching in the higher grades of the primary stage in Hael City, KSA.
For achieving the objectives of the study،  a descriptive approach together with an observation sheet were used to collect the data. After analyzing the data, the study revealed the following findings:

The level of the mathematics teachers' performance in the higher grades of the primary stage in the light of conceptual comprehension wasgenerally average.
The level of the mathematics teachers' performance in the higher grades of the primary stage in thelight of conceptual comprehension in the  skills planning was average.
The level of the mathematics teachers' performance in the higher grades of the primary stage in thelight of the conceptual understanding of the skill of implementation is weak.
The level of the mathematics teachers' performance in the higher grades of the primary stage in the light of conceptual comprehension in the  skills evaluation   was average.

Based on the above findings, the study recommended that there should be programs for developing the mathematics teachers' conceptual comprehension which could probably be carried out by universities or training administrations at the Ministry of Education under the name of 'Re-Qualifying and Training Mathematics Teachers in the Light of Conceptual Comprehension'.
