الفاعلية الإحصائية مفهوماً وقياساً [ نسبتي الکسب البسيطة والموقوتة لـ هريدي]

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى استنباط معادلتين إحصائيتين مناسبتين لحساب الفاعلية للبرامج والمعالجات التربوية والبحثية، حيث اقتضت المصلحة الخروج من عباءة "بلاک" Blake، حيث تم استنباط هاتين المعادلتين مراعاة لتعدد أدوات القياس سواء موقوتة وغير موقوتة، وکذلک تأمين نسبة مستقرة رياضياتياً. وقد تم تسمية هاتين المعادلتين:

نسبة الکسب البسيطة لـ هريدي  Haridy's Simple Gain Ratio (H-SGR).
نسبة الکسب الموقوتة لـ هريدي  Haridy's Timed Gain Ratio (H-TGR).

Abstract:
The current research aims to derive two statistical formulas as a suitable statistical perspective to measure the effectiveness of programs and educational researches and treatments, where it is time now to get out of the template of Blake. The new formulas were presented for suiting the variety of different measurement tools either timed tools or untimed tools, and for securing a mathematically stable ratio. The author called these formulas as:

Haridy's Simple Gain Ratio (H-SGR).
Haridy's Timed Gain Ratio (H-TGR).
